Lee from the Southern Colorado Morning News and the Lee Roberts Show
Me in a radio studio. What a surprise! Almost 35 years and I still love it.

In the days when I was in school, one constant thing was there. The Radio. Even when my mother couldn't take care of me while I was sick (she had another son and a husband,) I could always turn on the stations that were broadcast near my home town and from New York City. All of a sudden the lights came on...I can do this too! Working in this wonderful business on AM or FM radio, even on the satellite networks, I've never really had an unhappy day while I was on-the-air.
On Newstalk 590/KCSJ, we get together every weekday morning to be informed, discuss the major issues of the day, even win prizes and talk about leisure events around Southern Colorado.
Through the six years I've been here, we've laughed, cried and felt good and bad about our fellow Americans. We've honored, mourned, read tributes and roasted those who we felt were deserving. We've been mad as nails as each other, realized we're all in this together, but one thing is sure...we have learned a lot from what we've done on both sides of the microphone.
You are always welcome with us, like a special friend that has been out of touch for a while. The great area we live in here in Pueblo, the County and Southern Colorado deserves the attention we provide it. Keep your radio button memorized on 590 AM, you have my word we'll bring you the best information and talk we can possibly find 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Thanks for listening, and please keep it up, my future depends on it!

Here are some more pictures, one of one of my best friends, my son Eric. Notice Eric's shirt. I don't know if this was coincidence or planned. He hasn't tried to jump off the Pueblo Bank and Trust building yet, I guess he hasn't perfected his web material.

Here's a picture of my wife, Carlotta. Don't let the sweet exterior fool you, she's a tough customer. She's been known to cause physical injury just with a dirty look. Believe me, I know.
